Initial Consultation
The initial consultation is a 90-minute comprehensive wellness assessment to evaluate your overall well-being. During the consultation we will cover aspects such as your health history, daily diet, and lifestyle habits, to gain insight into the root cause of your health issues. The following week we will have a 30-minute consultation where you will be guided through your personalised health plan, and receive the tips and tricks to nourish your body and enhance your wellbeing.
Health Plan
Your health plan includes lifestyle adjustments, nutritional advice, and herbal / supplement recommendations as necessary. Everyone is at different stages in their health journey, so it is important you can seamlessly fit your new healthy habits into your lifestyle. The body works at its own pace, which means health changes can take time and are not always linear. Through small lifestyle changes, you can support your body naturally and bring things back into balance.
Nutrition
A whole foods approach to nutrition involves eating a wide variety of food groups to nourish your body, while also minimising inflammatory foods, like refined sugars and processed foods. Whole foods are more nutritiously dense and can lead to increased energy levels and vitality.

Lifestyle medicine focuses on preventing and managing disease in the body through making sustainable lifestyle changes. Some of these may be engaging in regular exercise, getting better quality sleep, and prioritising stress management practices. These adjustments can increase energy levels, improve mental health, and promote overall well-being.

Herbal medicine is the therapeutic use of plants for the prevention and management of disease. Medicinal plants produce natural compounds known as phytochemicals that can positively influence the body’s natural processes and promote better health and well-being.
